BUFFALO WING SAUCE
(Traditional)

Ingredients:
· 2/3 Cup hot sauce (I use Franks Original)
· 1/2 Cup cold unsalted butter
· 1 ½ Tablespoons White Vinegar
· 1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
· 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
· 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic powder
· Salt to taste
· Cracked black pepper to taste. (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer while stirring. When the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, continue to stir for a minute to cool and set aside for use. Stir before use.
(Add more butter if this is too hot. Small increments.)
