Lamb Loin Chops
(Baked)
Ingredients:
· 4 - 1 ¼ “ Lamb Loin Chops
· Fresh Garlic (minced)
· Dried Rosemary
· Granulated Garlic
· Onion Powder
· Kosher or Sea Salt
· Fresh Cracked Black Pepper (I like a larger grind)
· Olive Oil
Directions:
· Mix all ingredients for marinade in mortar and pestal (if you have one)
· Place chops in a sealable baggie
· Add marinade
· Set aside to let soak for at least an hour
· Pre heat grill to 400F
· Place chops on grill. Making sure to not crowd the surface area.
· Turn and repeat.
· Done when Insta-read thermometer reads 130-135F for med-rare to medium. About 5-8 minutes (note: chops will continue to cook after removing from grill. Be sure to account for residual cooking)
· Remove to rack to rest for about 4 minutes.
Plate with your favorite sides and Enjoy!
